Case 4 Supply issues 1.12.01

These 3 PC are within 6 MPs of the RH and appear to not be getting anywhere near the supplies they should be.
Another PC LVI was less then 15 MP’s from RH and only received less than 20% fuel.
Looks like there might be more then a few mixed up lines of code?
or possibly be like you stated in another thread.
Its counting from divisions and not HQ's.
It should be 100/25 from HQ and not units and I believe it is 100/20 not 100/25 as it should be.
