Unexpectedly, without any reason Russia surrenders.

I played as Axis and I wanted to play an alternative history, without time limits. But even though I had not even taken Moscow, Stalingrad, Caucasus (only Leningrad, Kiev, Baltic States) Russia surrenders in late 1946 having at the same time both many units and money and on the western front allies dominated.
I wanted to defeat Russia in combat, not to make them capitulate. How can I prevent it?

If their National Morale falls to zero then they will surrender, so that might have been it?
To prevent that you'd have to make your own custom campaign where you give the USSR a higher NM value, or add a script to give it a mid/late war bonus or two.

Thanks! It has just been my own custom campaign, but I did not know it.
How can I add a script? Where is it?
