How much of the game parameters and formulas will be able to be edited using the game Editor?
Will the Editor's functionality and ease of use be similar to the SC3 Editor?

If I had to put in a number on it the editor allows to change 85% of the game system. The core combat system can't be changed.
I think it is as functional as SC3. I will admit the SC3 editor is easier to use.

Is it possible to change the color of the unit counters in the editor? Ie., If I wanted a special unit for the standard '39 scenario could this be easily done? Or is it an option? Thanks.

You can change the counter to anything you like.

Excellent! I like the armor units to have a yellow background within their NATO symbol and suchlike.

I provide the pngs for the game with blanks included. There is the Nato, Silhouette, and blank sets.
