After installing the hotfix, I now get this pop-up message everytime I start the game. If I hit Yes to continue, the game loads and plays normally.

Why the attempt to log on to Facebook?

that's a problem with the server not getting information to load about other games to load in the side box, not game or patch related and just also had the same, so maybe a server side error, reported all the same thanks, but not to worry, this doesn't effect the game in anyway, just the side box on what game it grabs and displays

Happened to other Matrix/Slitherine games launchers before as well (e.g. CloseCombat: The Bloody First). Maybe they will never fix it - slightl embarassing.

it's been fixed once, if it's another error, then either the server was down for a while, or something has broken, that again will be fixed, as it again doesn't do anything game wise, it's a non issue tbh, but will be sorted asap

I got that script error the first time I started the game but not after that.

Funny I just got that too lol.
