I see others are having the same issue of No Scenarios, games starts fine.
I have win 10.
Game is installed on Drive F: instaed of C:
Also no Uninstall program, I could just delete and start over ?

I would say that is a directory pointing issue but my game is installed on the D: drive and reading files on the C: drive for the scenarios.

I will double check the code anyways. Might be you don't have permission to see the MyGames folder on the C drive.

Yep, I got it to work by deleting and re-installing, my AVG protection software may have stopped some files from coming in.
I still have the same problem occasionally, not sure why though. I will try different things and let you know.

Ahh put it in the safe zone for AVG.

Stopped working today, I finally got it working yesterday but today none of the Icons/Shortcuts seem to work.

Do you by change have to AV's running at the same time? Many people do and it messed up their computer in weird ways.

Like the Comcast free AV + windows defender + AVG?

Hi Alvaro, The files are on my PC somewhere, I don't think its an issue with AVG or virus protection.
It has something to do with the Launcher and the game on F: drive.
I use the launcher which is at the newest version 1.00.01 .
The game wont find the scenarios if I just press PLAY.
I press UPDATE, which after checking gives an Error message.
I press CANCEL which returns me to the Launcher Menu screen.
Then I press PLAY and the game finds all the Scenarios and Saved files and works fine.

I have the game installed on the D: drive and it works fine for me. I'll 2x check the code on my end.

I faced the same problem but then I found out that the missing files are stored in the admin account but not in the USER account (C:\USER\...\OWN DOCUMENTS\MY GAMES\WARPLAN...).
So I copied all the files from the ADMIN account to the USER account and since then the games runs without any problems.

That is weird. The installer should put them in the right spot.

After the Menu/Launcher turns on, I can play the game if I check for Update(it ask for Admin password).
Then I can click Play, it finds the files I need to play.

Clicking Play before I try Updating, never asks for Admin Password, it can not find files.

Not sure if that helps. I can play the game using that trick. Now that I know I can just move the files when I find them I will.

Try right clicking on the warplan.exe and set to "run as administrator" automatically.
