In Feb. 41 Finnland joined the axis.
It is impossible to move units towards Leningrade, although the red border line iis south.
Red border lines in wrong Location?

After the winter war (an event in this game) the "border" moves a couple of hexes into Finland, although the red border indicator doesn't move. After Germany declares war on Russia you'll be allowed to enter.

With utmost chances the 'red border' is part of the fixed sprites of the map, and does not update when the border change happens.

Quite confident it's the same for Romania lost lands to Hungary, Bulgaria, etc.

Probably right, but it doesn't feel right, to have russian territory in front of the finnish units an the painted borderline in a few hexes always.

There is a bug in the DOW portion of the game I am fixing. When Finland DOWs on the USSR it isn't set back which causes the Finns not to attack. Someone found it so it will be in the 1st patch.

Hi Alvaro, playing rel. 3.1 '39 scenery against AI and there are still 2 problems:
1] after the end of winter war the Finland-Soviet border (red dots) doesn't move despite some hexes switching from Finland to Soviets
2) soviet units don't move to occupy the new conquered hexes

I don't change the borders in this case. It is territory they stole from the Fins.
The A.I. moves up to a certain position when it has the ability But it doesnt defend forward
