When I first launched the game (about 2 hours ago) it tried to come up on my center (4K) monitor and my right hand (1200) monitor. The menu I assume was present was off-screen.

Subsequent attempts, even after physically disconnecting the left and right hand monitors and rebooting...the game still loaded mostly off-screen for the center monitor.

Are there any command-line arguments that I can use to force a resolution or maybe windowed mode?

You can alter the settings directly in the OPTIONS.TXT file in Documents/My Games/CloseCombatTheBloodyFirst. The REZX and REZY values are the screen resolution, and you can have it run in a borderless window (set FULLSCREEN to zero) or have it with a frame is FramedWindow is set to 1.
