I click on the link under "My Page" for the recent update to download it and it will not load the page or start a download. Page goes blank and the address bar just says "about:blank". The "check for updates" on the game launcher does not work for me either, but that is nothing new. That hasn't worked for me in years for any matrix game.

Are you looking for the patch to the multiplayer or the 1st official patch?

After letting it sit for awhile on the blank internet page I finally got this message:

I see that page and the download files. I can down load them

Well disabling virus protection and firewall and also using different browsers didn't help. However I was able to download it from VPaulus's link in the "** FIXED ** Unable to access FTP page for game update download" thread. *shrugs* So I was able to update my game from that. Not sure why the other way is not working though.

It might still be something related with any of your Internet security programs (even disabled) or your ISP is doing some traffic shaping with downloads coming from FTP servers.
