Hi All ,

I haven't been around for a long while , but SPWaW has not been out of my mind.
I am wondering if it is possible ( anything is usually possible ) and if so how
to change the list of commander names that come up for a certain OOB .
I'd like to tailor this list to reflect real names of officers/NCOs from an historical
unit to show up for a campaign I am (still) working on ( two years later ).
I have already compiled a list of names , and would like to proceed if at all possible.

Any help appreciated.

AFAIK, the only practical option is to adjust the names after you have set up the node (the scenario) for your campaign.
Ummmm, on the map, r/click the unit,click on the name at the top right. adjust and hit enter.

All the names used in the game are inside the mech.exe file. It would take A LOT of work to change the names - you can't add any. Also, no separate section for the brass.

Your core force for the campaign will get the names assigned to them, but you could have the user make the changes once their force os picked.
