The city of Manchester should be located at hex 133,63.

I saw the update - Geez you only had to move the city, not delete it.

By the way, congratulations. This is a great game. I've played TSR/SPI ETO and PTO in the 1990's and you have really done a wonderful job recapturing the feel of a classic boardgame.
