Adjustment to Finnish Border Needed

Using V 1.00.02
Jan 1941 turn. Finland and USSR are at peace.
Due to the Winter War results, the Finnish border needs to be moved a hex or two to the North of Leningrad, as there is a now a Russian land unit in the old Finnish territory.
I checked hex ownership and found about 12 hexes which were Soviet owned, but the red border shows that they are still in Finland. Can the red border be moved to reflect actual hex ownership?
The Eastern border, north of Lake Ladoga, may also need to be adjusted to replicate the historical border after the Winter War.
Note that this was a saved game, started with 1.00.01
