Hi, thinking of picking this up in the 40% sale, does it come with a steam key?

I went and bought the game anyway, had my eye on it for ages.
I think the UK mainland makes for an excellent map to play strategy games on, kind of like Japan.

Look at the Ageod website as I think there are more tips there. Remember the game was done by a Spaniard (Liebst, I think).
Also I think I recall reading that the game plays better if you have automatic (or simple ) supply/replacements off - there is always a shortage of supply - as was really the case.
