I'm curious, the Axis convoy form button is always "lit" up suggesting the Axis player is supposed to do something. I click on it and add the two escorts to the Nordic Iron Ore.
In subsequent turns the button is still "lit" like I'm supposed to do something else. What am I missing?

BTW: hot fix seemed to fix production que.

Did you add the 5 Italian escorts as well?

be sure you assigned all escorts.

This could be a bug that I fixed in the patch today and your save game still has that data error. What was happening is that minor countries with escorts werent giving their escorts to their major powers so you couldn't deploy them. And it shows as unassigned escorts.
