EDIT: I changed the title of this thread, from "Air unit distinctions" to "Uxbridge Graphics", since this name no longer reflected the contents.
Let's open up the Mods and scenarios section with a little diversity of air units.

Not just the air units. Land units are pretty too.
Where can I download the mod?

Try taking it down from this link. Put the files in the folder of the game you're presently playing. Only the major powers have been changed properly; neutral air units are differentiated by a dot.
This is no deliberate mod, only things changed to my own liking.

Hi and thanks for the file.
I need some direction on how to use it.
According to the Editor Manual, I have to "drop the file name of the image into the
scenario directory".
The fact is that I don't know where the default scenario directory is nor I could find it on my Warplan folder.
I don't want to create new scenarios each one with his own folder, I just desire to make those icons my standard ones.

I put the wrong file. I'm having trouble finding where the file goes also. I searched it and thought I had the right directory, but it did not work. Hints?

Look at the fourth post on this thread...make sure the file goes into the scenario file that you are playing...Ie., "Europe 1939" etc..

Thanks, useful infos.
I suggest that thread to be sticky, I guess I'm not the only one having this kind of issues.

Ah, sorry for being so vague, Radagy. Does it work now, and do you find the changes useful?

Yes to both questions, absolutely.
I'm now struggling with an update issue, but that's another story and another thread

Thanks

What issues Simulacr53? I saw one player comment on the distance from Moscow to Polish border.
