A few quick bugs/thoughts

1. Italy attempts to influence Turkey - a message pops up saying that relations have deteriorated yet the status moves up 22(+/-1)%
2. Shouldn't a naval unit get resupplied in a port of strength 4?
3. In disembarking transported units, an infantry unit will move to a hex adjacent to a land unit occupied port, not true for aircraft - I have to move the already present aircraft.
4. (not a bug, but it bugs me) Perhaps 1 of Germany's 4 interceptor units should be a fighter/bomber unit?
5. Can't pinpoint the problem, but I can't always merge mergable units despite both having action points left.
6. It would seem logical that Italy's small corps could split...
7. Nothing I can do to increase rail movement values? I can increase supply trucks, air transports and naval transports...
8. When I attempt to ship oil to my impending ally Italy, I get a message saying "Neutral countries blah blah blah resources resources" (resources typed 2x in message)
Loving the game!

9. My subs raiding convoys sink a lot of escorts with minimal damage in return

#1 I'll check it out.
#2 up to 4 naval units can get their unit supply level replenished but not repaired.
#3 Air units do. I just tested it myself. If you want to popup a screen shot showing me where the problem is i will be happy to see what is going on
#4 ~200 A/C not enough for a full counter so we assume they are mixed in as the escorts for some of the bomber units
#5 Merging depends on having enough operation points to move into the unit you want to merge with depending on weather, terrain, ZoC, etc. You can post a screen shot
#6 Italy's divisions were 10k men with old crappy equipment. They weren't organized well enough to function as an effective military unit alone.
#7 It would be what I call an absolute decision. It will either be worth it or it won't. As is I am considering lowering some of the rail capacity.
#8 You can't give resources to neutral countries.
#9 If it is early in the war the subs do way better. In 1942 you will be complaining they can't kill anything lol.
Glad you are liking the game.

In '39 subs are already doing little, and get hounded and pounded by a bazillion of UK and French ships.
Clarification: I mean that the enemy can specifically see where your submarine is on the map. Thus nothing stops them to send the whole of the Royal Navy out to hunt your submarines, and trash them.
If they do less in '42, you may as well erase the unit from the game.

The RN can't go out and kill subs. Only CVs can and air. Even so their Anti-sub is very low. But if you place your subs near the coast or not on a low recon hex then yea you will be hit harder.
The values for the sub hits on convoys are fairly accurate with history. The Germans did better the earlier the war was per sub.

1,2,4,5,6,7,9: gotcha and thanks for clarification/enlightenment.
3: will do. It occurs when I try to ship an air unit to Tobruk with one already in place.
8: I was meaning to point out a typo, "resources" is in the message twice.
Is there a "how to invade Norway" guide anywhere? I couldn't find much on doing a paratrooper drop in the manual... They're at 100% effectiveness and sitting in Copenhagen.

Is a country's morale able to go over 100? Germany i just noticed is 183 in the war panel.

#8 Oh ok. Thanks.
You can use a supply truck with a para to prep him if you move... I might change it to 95% requirement. Might be too hard to get it to 100%.
