Is there a trick to getting it to 100% so I can use it?
I have it on rail next to an HQ for many turns and it never quite hits 100.
Anyone else seeing this.

Strange because in my first game it did hit 100% right away so not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

Use supply trucks for +6%.

Thanks. So I guess I have to just plan ahead and make sure I have extra supply trucks before I use them. I wonder why it went to 100 on it's own the first game.

When invading Russia the Germans quickly learn the value of supply trucks. You can't have too many imho.

Update: Trucks worked like a charm!

I've got some, but they are not physical units...I am at a loss.

There is a truck button on the top of the unit panel. When the unit is within the logistics network the truck will be highlighted. Click on the truck button. There is also an air transport button that may be able to supply a unit cut off from the logistic network (very expensive).
