Hi, I've hit a problem where the deploy button for Germany won't let me put down any new units.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Click unit ready to deploy
Click deploy button
Locations light up
Left click location

Locations did not light up. Video 13 shows this.

Ok your version should be 1.00.02.01

I just did a build test and you seem to have the 1.00.02.00 version. Click the update on the launcher.

Hmm, I updated the game, but now it won't recognize my save games....

Do you still have a beta version previously?

The games used to be in the games folder WarPlan\SavedGames

Now it has moved to C:\Users\"your user name"\Documents\My Games\WarPlan\SavedGames

Move the saved games to that folder.

That solved it! I can now deploy my units again!

Yup, Windows Firewall Control.
What’s the name of the executable I should give permission to connect?

UPDATE: I temporarily disabled Windows Firewall Control and I tried again, but nothing changed.

I would suggest opening up task manager when the error box occurs and look for the associated program in memory. I believe it has the exact name in there.

If not right click and run the WarPlan launcher as admin.

I tried both ways, no luck with that.
I even disabled Malware Doctor - same result again.
Right now I'm still stuck with the not working 1.00.2.
Should I try with a clean install?

P.S.: I just opened a ticket. I'm pretty sure it's not a Warplan issue, but a Matrix one.

At last, I managed to download it, but I had to use Filezilla to reach the Matrix FTP Server.
