I confirmed UK.12th DD Grp next turn.
Display UK.12th DD Grp Strength 1/5.
1 is green color.5 is green color,too.
UK.12th DD Grp Strength does not increase.
If it is not a bug, the display of 1/5 should be 1/1.

It is not Bug.

5 is the normal strength, 1 is current strength. Place it in a port size 5 or larger and it will repair damage over time as long as Britain has manpower and production available in their stockpile to draw from.
