Armored Brigade has been updated to version 1.046.

v1.046 Changelog
- Fix: The infantry sprite 'ww_1lmg_moving.png' was missing.
- Fix: Some vehicles had a wrong hostile NATO icon resource name.
- Fix: The unit #1115 (AIFV-B-25 IFV) 7.62mm Coax MG ammo was 0.
- Fix: The Alouette III Gunship flight lacked weaponry.
- [maps] Improve roads and streams on the Ardennes map.

Just like the last patch, the installer defaults to C:\armored brigade, with no opportunity to change directory to where your game is installed.

Please fix or offer options.

Rousseau, just a thought, can you install on Steam? I agree, need options especially when drives are near full.

Are you talking about the main game installer or this updater? At least for me the 1.000 installer offers the option to change the installation directory after the serial key has been entered. The updater updates the game in the directory where it was installed.

No Probs for me with the installer too. Worked like expected.

Before I use steam version, I played Matrix version. For me, this folder location wasn't issue. I installed Matrix AB in D drive, Program Files x86, Matrix, and AB folder. And all patches found the proper location in D drive.

Thanks for all of the responses. The problem has to be me, but it never happened before with any game, so figured I check.

It's installed on C:\Matrix Games (1.031), and I have 1.042 on an external SSD. I'm trying to be real careful, as don't want to lose any modding.

Steam is a nice option for a fresh install. I'll just have to be sure that my custom databases will work when I copy them over. Not like it's a 30-gig Total War install!

I have the same issue, Rousseau. I have to move the install back to C every time there's an update. Annoying.

Thanks Phoenix100 for posting. Maybe the company (not the devs) will get off their butts and fix the installer. That is Matrix responsibility. But they are just too busy cutting their prices.

Same with FG2. Can't play the game after the patch, and it's just me, I know.
