8cm mortar still refuses to target open-topped AFV

The last patch readme suggests this issue has been fixed but I've just had an 8cm mortar refuse to target an open-topped M-10 GMC ("We can't hurt that")

in theory....the chances of actually dropping a mortar round in the top of an open topped vehicle is one in 10,000 or more. this isn't what mortars were used for in WW2...not saying it didn't happen but the odds are huge. im not a fan of this particular CC thing where we use mortars to destroy open topped vehicles. id rather see Matrix fix the issue of gun accuracy.....whn you miss on 1st sec and 3rd shots on a regular basis and when guns cant hit the broad side of buildings...that's an issue for me
