Just curious comparing real life vs game?

In game why is Sweden more aligned with Axis than Finland and Norway at start of game? Would think Finland then Norway then Sweden?

Hi Tanaka
Finland's level is guided more by whether or not the USSR invades them.
Sweden exported to Germany until pretty close to the end of the war, so their setting prevents a single Allied diplomacy chit from being likely to swing them to no longer doing so.

Gotcha thanks. Has it been considered to raise starting Norway level to prevent Allies sitting on Norway convoy route?

I don't think it's been suggested before actually, so I'll put it on my list of things to consider as it might be a good idea. [:)]
Not too much, but perhaps a little bit more might make some Allied players think twice about raiding the convoy line with the French in 1939-40.
I have considered increasing the Norwegian swing to the Axis if the French fleet raids the convoy line, but it feels artificial. The trouble is that we have the benefit of hindsight, so we will try to get everything we can out of the French before the Axis take Paris, whereas of course in 1939-40 no one really expected France to be knocked out like that.
