I tried asking in the lower area but got no response. I modified the game gave some stuff to everyone and If I play Germany it works fine but if I try and play allied it just hangs on German first turn never does anything.

What did you modify?

I added cities and production and changed the available stuff in Info like manpower and landing craft and that stuff. I also added a couple units to reinforcement track. nd added shipyards.

Well obviously one can not ACTUALLY modify anything important. It hangs at the start of the turn and does nothing forcing you to cntrl alt del.
