Campaigns are in Documents/My Games/WarPlan/Campaigns
Choose your campaign. Backup current units.png file (if there is one). Put Hex Naval_Round Air units.png into campaign folder and change name to units.png

Hairog,
What do the F, T, M, S letters on the round air units indicate.
My guess is Fighter, Tactical Bomber, Medium Bomber, Strategic Bomber
But, the game offers these categories for production:
Air Superiority (your F), Ground Attack (your T), Tactical Air Group (your M), and Strategic Air Group (your S). Is this intentional or inadvertant?
I was trying to follow your lead on this for consistency in Mods, but I'm not sure I understand correctly.
Thanks for your great work on this!

Mark,
If you do use the F,T,M,S convention could you please leave it off of my special mod? I don't need that info as I can glean it other ways (old board war gamer used to deciphering things and leaving the counters clean). Just my humble opinion.

My bad for not double checking. I just followed someone else's lettering system without checking. The Icons of the medium bombers threw me off as well.
But.... now that I think about it the Fighter, Pursuit/Attack,fighter bomber/medium bomber/strategic bomber are better matches for reality, at least for the Allies. P-36,P-38, P-51, F-80/A-20, A-26, A-1,/B25, B26/B-17, B-24, B-29. I think it follows convention better than the rule book labels.
I have no idea what the difference between ground attack and tactical air group would be. I don't think it matches up better for the Axis either. Me-109, FW 190/ Stuka, Hs-129/He 111, Ju 88/Fw 200, He 117. I think I'll keep the FTMS for now and see what Al thinks.

10-4 Hairog.
I think I inadvertently used different letters from you thinking I was using the same. I'll fix mine and change if you do.

I like F=Fighter, T=Tactical, M=Medium and S=Strategic. So far these make the most sense IMO.

FTMS is pretty standard amount wargames. I'm going to stick with it until there is a compelling reason to change. Al might just have one, but until then I'll stay with the girl who bring me to the dance and use FTMS.

Hairog, I'm not sure how this eluded me up to this point, but the FTMS letters on the counters conflict with the + for no/priority reinforcements in the game.

Dang! He's got so much stuff on these markers. I'll have to take a look at it this weekend.
Thanks mroyer

I just took a quick look and I don't see what you see. There is nothing there on the old counters when I choose or unchoose priority I don't see anything where the FTMS is. Screen shot perhaps?

Looks like mine hits the bullseye more directly than yours. Yours seem to just barely squeeze in there.
I'm thinking of moving it just above the air combat number.

I've never seen them before. I must have them turned off somewhere.
I just tried every button I could find and I can't get the + to show up.
How about this corner
