Is there any way I can see how much my level of IT bonus is giving my major country? I think it is 10% per level, but from what base number? Where can I see this stat? Not broken down in the regular report. Just says Germany and minors. I can use a reverse formula to get the base number if I am really getting 10%, but I want to make sure I am actually getting the bonus and want to see it.

The increases per Major are as follows:

10% for the UK, France, Poland, China, India, Italy and Japan

15% for Germany and the USSR

20% for the USA

I did not know I would get 15% for Germany. Now is there an option in the game that I can see how much this is giving me? Not something that says 15%, but the actual bonus amount in MPP that I am getting?

I'm afraid not, you could estimate it from the resources/income Germany has at the start and calculate it roughly from that.
