I am not sure what you are running into here.

There are multiple zipped files with the Hot Patch 03.00.04.00.

When you download them do they all show CRC errors?

When do you get the CRC error? Is it during the download? When you unzip one of the files? When you try to copy it into a folder? ????

It would also help if you could post the actual text of the error message.

Yeah, I'm seeing the CRC errors as well.
It only happens with the first download (from Post #1) file MWIF 03 00 04 00 A.zip

I typically use Windows Explorer to unzip these, and I even tried 7zip and it reports the same.

I just uploaded a replacement file. The first one appears to have gotten damaged somehow.

Could this be related to the Hard Drive crash that occurred recently?
