I read somewhere there was a Sweden OOB for the free version, how do I get hold of that? maybee its possible to use the sprites at least?

The OOB? Probably not easily and it was only for 1987 in the old version anyway. The sprites? You'd have to resize them using an image editor to scale them up to the new size but yeah the vehicle and plane sprites would work for what's there if you're fine with them being sort of blurry.
