So the in game launcher still can't find the latest update, but when you go to Matrix Game's site and in your list games, and click on the files for WarPlan, it shows that the patch is available, but when you try to download it, you get:

Not Found
The requested URL /pub/WarPlan/WarPlan-UpdateComp-v1.00.03.zip was not found on this server.

It will be available shortly, our servers are syncing still.

Still not available as of 15:00 Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time 19/11.

That's 22:00 US EST.

How long does 'syncing' take?

I got both the download from the website and the installer to work about 1500 hours EST.
