Good Day,
I submitted the first ticket five days ago plus started a couple threads here.
With all due respect when may I expect a response?

all tickets are dealt with in a first come first basis, so check your spam as normally unless at really busy times, it's never that long tbh, so sorry for the delay, but most of the time the reply has been sent, either to an old email address or a one that's blocked and gets shoved in spam

Thanks for the speedy reply. Just checked and nothing is sitting in spam or junk.
The problem is that in attempting to purchase CMO your site will not give me the 50% reduction as it says I have already used it - this is not the case.
I need someone to reset whatever it is you do to reset this.
I'm contemplating purchasing a surface pro7 and tomorrow I have an appointment set up with a techie to learn more but i'd like to settle this first. Part of going the surface pro route is to be able to use your sim on it.
I tried again last light to purchase on the off chance things had been corrected with my existing COMANO S/N for purchase but it had not.

I plan to purchase the download CMO plus the extra DVD that includes the manual.

Hello Dave,
Sorry for missing this but I have replied on the ticket in full. We usually try to reply to all tickets within 24 hours, although during times of increased demand we may take slightly longer. There is no excuse for the message sent 5 days ago however, as this was just lost within the ticket list, but I've replied to the recent message. Again sorry for missing the first ticket
