1941 and Finland allied with Axis. As Germany trying to send a convoy to give Finland production and oil but it is not getting through. Finland has only five merchant marine but Germany has thirty three in surplus and only needs twenty five. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Activate the Baltic convoy. It is a new feature. Goto trades and you will see some lit and some not lit.

Or the Nordic convoy if it is a v21 game

It happens the same to me. Version 0.31.

The Russian submarine was eliminated, but the problem continued.

If it is an A.I. game send me the save file so I can see.

I've some problems too with Finland tbh - even got Leningrad but it seems rail did not activated as pathing.
At least in this screen here the rail is active!

Can confirm this problem. The real issue here is that you shouldn't have to ship anything via the Baltic if you have a rail connection via Leningrad.

I know this thread is a couple weeks old, but I am having the same problem and had a thought of perhaps why.

We're using v.31 and there isn't even a Baltic convoy route to activate. But, we started this game on the original release and patched (twice I believe) while the game was ongoing. Perhaps that the issue?

If I start a new game, the Baltic convoy route is indeed there.

per mr. alvaro, the issue is fixed in the patch coming out this coming week mroyer.

The issue started with the toggle route feature and the introduction of a new variable in the code which was turned off in existing games.

Also the on/off model was based on the destination player. Since Finland is the destination and you can't control their convoys it was by default off.

in v4 all MM and ES of any minor are automatically put in their allied pool. They also use their allied on/off convoy status for everything.

As the Axis player, I'm not getting Swedish resources. Is this also be from lack of a Baltic convoy route?

Could be lack of MM. Make sure re Nordic route is lit. If the UK took Harvick and it's winter you won't get resources via Swedish rail

i had a trade issue sending to persia. i got a message that there was "no rail or convoy connection to ally" so none of my counties could send aid. curious how persia is suppose to get resources if i cant send them any? maybe its because turkey is still neutral? what about through syria or iraq as a viable route?

This is fixed in v4. It was due to the request for disabling convoys and something I forgot to adjust.
