Any reason the Brit bomber force won't strategically bomb german industry in 1939 ….. ?

checked range and they can reach Toulouse which is farther than Colonge
don't think they are out of oil but will check …
France fighters did attach ground units …..''Confused ….

I get bombed without problems, and actually they've such a huge range in '39 that the Luftwaffe can do nothing to stop them.
There are already far too many Allied fighters in '39, that the LW can hardly cover their cities.
But, I am 100% sure I am getting bombed with the latest patch!

Perhaps the target is already max damage.

Other possibility is if target, or starting hex are in awful weather. Planes do not fly in that situation.
