This is a steam issue as it happens across everyones games randomly.

with how many times steams updates, site would be making newer ones every other week

I get that same issue. It's random games every time, I believe, and not all of them are Matrix games.

Iain, this is not a Steam issue and not random. This happens to all games where publishers/devs did not upload a new cover art...
Obviously Matrix has not done this (or encouraged its devs to do this) with a large part of it's catalogue.

The biggest problem I see here is that you do not have Decisive Campaigns Blitzkrieg, nor SC3 WW1 and WaW.
