COORD MAP

I might be just wrong in my use of "search" button, but I haven't found a planning map with coordinates written on. Neither a map to be used in game.

Over the time I developed a sort of sith-sense for coordinates and it helps a lot, but having a map where they are shown would be much much much helpful.

Does it exist?

Specifically, I'd need a playing map in the game with coordinates to be used during game. But also a "planning map" not to be used in game but just consulted would be nice (I have the ones with base names, industries, VPs, etcetc... I mean something like that).

No.

Principally during 2010, "Marc" made several planning maps as well s some alternative game maps.  These are all on a sticky on page 1 and are probably the maps you already have.

In theory a planning map with hex coordinates could be done.  Requires an individual like "Marc", not many of that ilk around nowadays.

A game map with visible printed coordinates is a different issue and not one without significant problems.  It would significantly increase RAM requirements and would slow down scrolling speed, to name just two problems.  Not much programing appetite for going down that path.

Thank you very much for the prompt and complete answer, Alfred.

Sadly, I have an old personal lap and I make turns in weird conditions, sometimes in the middle of the African jungle on a jeep. If the RAM gets overloaded and screwed up, I'm done until I go back to Europe.
Since it's already a lot the lap still works, I don't wanna risk.

I guess, I'll live as I have been living so far: with no hexes coordinates.

Thank you again and have a good day.
