Some bugs - some definite and some probable

Hello,
so I've come across a couple of things, some of which are definite bugs, while others are probable bugs or broken.
1. I've started a game as Axis under v31 and have just taken the last Soviet population center. The result is that when I click on "end turn", the game stops and becomes unresponsive.
2. Tehran gets added to the Soviet morale number and thus needs to be taken for the USSR to surrender. Is this really intended?
3. The resource point on Cyprus doesn't seem to get transported away.
4. I tinkered around with the editor a bit, so I'm not 100% sure it's not my accidental fault, but there's no rail line in hex 145,61 when I guess there should be one.
5. The hexside between 194,9 and 194,10 looks perfectly passable, but it is impassable. If it is intentionally impassable, it should be made clearer graphically.
6. Research is way too easy/fast. I had '45 tech in 5 areas with Germany in 1941, and in 3 areas with Italy. This needs to be toned down.
Thanks for the great support, Alvaro![:)]
Cheers!
