I edited a game to check on upgrading.

1. I noticed that while ground units upgrade to year upgrades, the air units for the Germans don't. the minor German allies air units do. I have over 2000 points.

2. the Yugoslavia units do not divide correctly. the divided unit are still showing them as corp.

3 I found its impossible to invade the Scapa Flow space to kill off the unit there.

Scapa flow has a beach area. You need to invade there and you can attack the main location. It is the hex South East of it 133,78

I would also check the chart of progression of replacements. Air units are last on the list.

If you set air units to priority it will repair/upgrade 1st.

You might have to manage some of it but it is less than clicking every unit every year.

I am red faced. the Yugoslavia are army size and reduce down to corp.

I am still having problems with air upgrades. I air unit went to 1943 others are stuck at 1941. the reinforcement report shows air units at top of list.

Did you allocate enough production to repair and upgrade?

Ok I checked yugo. It splits into 2 small armies with a max of 15 strength. I checked the 1939 and 1940 scenarios.

thanks. I thought the 100 was a percent not amount of production to be allocated.
