Hello all..

I am currently using seabee's but the background and/or open windows behind the game flashes in game from time to time

Any suggestions?

That would be the "screen bleed-through" bug which affects many Windows 10 users. The only solution I found was to put the put the game in "windowed mode". There is a thread on how to do that with a utility, but I was able to do it manually. The trick is to set your display driver to something smaller than the native resolution, and then set the px/py numbers (in the shortcut) to match.

In my case, I have a 1920x1080 native screen (laptop) and then manually added a 1904x1040 resolution to the display (not enabled for use, just a new setting). At that point I added -px1904 -py1040 to the shortcut, and voila, almost a full screen window and no more bug.
