I bought this game yesterday, and in the PDF Manual, it mentions there is a Strategy Guide included "For further advice on how to play and most importantly, how to win, please
see the 1914 Call To Arms Strategy Guide that is included as a pdf file with the
game."
This does appear to be the case, so where is it?

The Strategy Guides should be in the Manuals folder that can be found in the game's main installation.
