The Deploy menu button lights up when there are units to Deploy. When a new research point is available, the Advancement menu button will light up. Why does the Convoy button light up? Just curious if there is something I should be looking for that I am not seeing.

It lights up when you have unassigned escorts, i think

That's what I figured and last night I played a few turns and that's what occurred. But I feel like before it was lit up with no new escorts to deploy. I will watch it some more.
