Hi, I maked a LUA script to create a new database from Command Moder Operations. I like play the ground operations using AB. I can edit scenario file using a XML editor, but, can I make the same with the save file? It´as possible?

I don't think it's really possible, because the save file is a blob of binary data, and the exact structure must be known to make it editable.
