Who Gets Conquered Resources

Getting ready to take on Greece with German/Italian troops. What determines the country that will receive the captured resources once Greece capitulates? Are they split up or do they go to the country that occupies the capital? Thanks.

The country with the most units in the minor country. But you can also ship it to the other player if need be.
