late 1941 i have all the usual Axis minors on board including Finland...None seems to be generating or gaining any income very modest at best. Finland cant do a thing as its incomes seems to be on 3....I try do create trade with Germany giving finland money and oil and told trade created. But yet nothing? To be fair this is a multiplayer game that got started with 201 patch and is now 301 could it be that?

Even in current Patch trade with Finland does not work. Or at least to me hardly works.
Bear in mind each minor sends 50% of their production to Germany by default.

Hopefully it will be fixed next patch.
I'd also appreciate the possibility to instruct a minor to 'keep your whole production'.
With Finland it's silly that they eat merchant marine to send Germany PPs, and Germany sends then back more PPs using more merchant Marine.

It should be fixed in v4.

I've got a problem with France not receiving oil from UK. 1939 Italian Option, ver 031. Turned the convoys on and off a couple of times, cancelled the trade then re-initiated, maxed the oil, then tried 50, still France does not get the oil, all air at mission only with no fleets out.

France is in negative numbers for oil usage.

I'll test that to make sure it works in v4. The convoy system is really tricky to get it to work and sometimes there are small things that mess it up.
