Coming to a store near you...

Cool I was able to hold a copy of Uncommon Valour in my hands this weekend while visiting family in Ottawa (which is where I am as I type).
Maybe the future is Matrix and Matrix is the future.
Either way, seeing it on a shelf at Compucenter was a positive indicator to me.
When Matrix has titles in a mainstream store in a major mall I am happy.
Some web sites are just fan driven and fan owned.
I want Matrix to be the home site of a major wargaming company in 5 years time personally.
I have been to many years unable to go to a decent store and casually buy real wargames.

And then I wouldn't have to pay that 30$ shipping fee to get it

Hehehe well being able to hold something doesn't mean I can always buy it, otherwise hugging catholic schoolgirls would be so much more fun hehe.
I had a strong urge to get the copy, and I still might not make it out of Ottawa without it for that matter. No other major competing interests other than the atypical debt load hehe (in my case a Canadian Tire Card, gota stop buying power tools somehow).

I have a garageload of powertools, most still in thier boxes unopened and hopefully if the misses lets me, thats where they will stay. In fact if anything, she uses them more than I do.

My sister doesn't think to much of the Rideau Centre, but me I only need an electronics store to make a mall worth it.

Yeah I agree with you:) Rideau Centre was closest to my place in Ottawa when I lived there so that is the main reason I went to that mall....they did have an EB store there so I did not need to go anywhere else.

In the Place dOrleans mall there is both an Electronics Boutique as well as a Compucenter.
I am fairly certain the Uncommon Valour was on sale in the Compucenter (one copy). Was a reasonable price too.

My only problem with the Main Page, is it's like my home town newspaper (its an 8 page waste of paper), I can survive without it.
I have it bookmarked solely so I can find the downloads section easiest when telling people about Steel Panthers.
Rarely and I do mean rarely, I look at the games in development page just to remind myself I have not missed something.

Hei Mikko!
No need to order overseas, at least not if you live near Helsinki. Stockmann in the city center has a shelf full of wargames and yes including Uncommon Valor and other Matrix titles.
- don't know about the other Stockmann stores.
