As per the topic.

I cannot seem to find a way to edit them in the Editor - only to load them in.

Is it required to manually edit a file?

The data is so large you need modify to import it from the user data folder. It is a text file.

From what I've been able to do, you can change the tech names and attributes but I don't see a way to change which units types it impacts.


For example, let's hypothetically say I want Cav units to be able to access "breakthrough" and "anti tank" or whatever. Is there a way to do this?
