In a PBEM game ID 162097
The Allies retook Narvik, Sweden had joined the Axis so I sent the Swedish units + the Thornell HQ up to defend the invasion/recapture Narvik.
I have the Thornell HQ on the Kiruna mine which is at 5 strength, but the HQ is showing a source supply of 1 and distributing 5.
Is this right?

I believe what you are seeing is correct as the Mines do not provide unit supply, just towns/cities etc.
