I have two problems to report:

1. The program won't remember my fullscreen setting. This problem begins with update 1121.1. I checked "Command.ini" and StartFullScreen = True

2. If I choose View > Toggle Full-screen, a gap appears beside the sidebar. See attached picture. "Reset positions of secondary windows" does not solve this problem.

It is indeed.

My bad, because in the changes for Build 1121.1, it was stated:
"* The main map window now always starts in windowed mode (even if it was last used in full-screen) "

I can live with that. I just hope the gap can be dealt with because fullscreen is my prefered mode.

Forgive my newbie-ness, but where is command.ini found? I have looked in the Config directory, looked for hidden files - no luck. I have a super curved wide-screen monitor and I would love to not have the game think it has to open from right to left side all the way across each time I start up. I can provide a screenshot if that would be helpful. But first I thought I would try this StartFullScreen option in the Command.ini file if I can find it. Thanks!

In CMO, command.ini is in the config directory. Windows does make it hard to tell that it actually is an ini file - by default, it both hides .ini files (as they're considered system files) and hides the .ini extension. Further, only a few layout options reveal the file type (configuration settings in the case of .ini files).

1. In my folder options I disabled "hide system files" and enabled "show all extensions".
2. Game will not start in fullscreen since 1121.1, ignoring your Command.ini settings. It's mentioned in the update log so it's on me. You had to alt-enter to get fullscreen but the gap is still there. I thought it should be easy to solve. Perhaps it isn't.
