Not sure if this is the correct place to mention this but I recently created a help desk ticket but was unable to attach an image... this image would clarified the issue more than I ever could with words. [:)]

If you contact us via email address you will be able to attach any image.
You can sent it to support[at]slitherine.co.uk.
This will open a new ticket, so please mention your previous ticket number.
