having game freeze on july 30, 1944

happened once earlier in game about 6 turns ago.

I just reloaded save, was my first game freeze i have had.... then it did it again... :(

I hit end turn and then game just doesnt finish turn, the UI dissapears mostly, as if the AI is about to play its turn, then nothing. game just sits idle, I can move camera around still, sometimes able to select units as well, sometimes my own, sometimes germany units... I also was able to move the enemy units... as if I was now playing axis once as well.

There was a bug where is there were no more enemies to fight the game would dump. I believe I fixed this in v4.
