Thanks for the report. It is actually still working, but it seems to only show an actual line when it hits a blockage, and be transparent the rest of the time. I will take a look, assuming that isn't how we expect it to work.

The Show LOS when selected option should display the LOS viewshed not just the cursor line right? As if you were pressing CTRL with the cursor over a selected unit.

No. It is just the line. The current behavior is as designed, but we are considering having it behave the same as when giving a fire order when it is turned on. Turning on the full LOS display in that way would be both very ugly and very slow. If you are over a unit or its icon when holding CTRL it shows the LOS for the unit.
