How to describe very narrow water channel?

Those water channels are designed for rice paddy and other crop fields. As you can see, they are really narrow, like average 1~2m water width and 3~5m channel width. Some places have ~10m wide width, but I guess they should be really swallow.

In this case, I better ignore them I guess, right? I think those narrow channels wouldn't make a huge difficulty to tracked or wheeled vehicle. But any other idea to depict those very narrow channel?

It seems that "stream" tile in AB have more than 10m width so I guess there is not a proper tile for such narrow water pass...

I think that if a piece of terrain doesn’t do anything to add to or take away from cover or concealment, and does nothing to affect movement, good or bad, then might as well leave it off.

That is true, but sometimes that decision is really tricky, and makes me longer time to make a map to observe close and think about. Anyway, I think I better ignore such narrow channels.
