Soviet Mech/Armour Bug

Not sure if this one has been introduced with 1.04 or if it has existed from day one.
Anyhow the script(s) that increase the Soviet Arm/Mech OP's and other attributes is actually decreasing the defence attribute of these units down from 7 Arm and 6 Mech to a mere 4 each.
I doubt that is intended. I checked the 39, 40, 41 and 42 scripts.
I run through the 41 scenario and in March 42 the defence of both Soviet Arm and Mech does reduce to 4 each as per the script.
Matrix QA is not stacking up to expected standards after two weeks of laborious testing it appears....
