Odd Bug Crew member left behind in place.

Not a major deal but every now and then I see guys get killed or wounded but they just get stuck standing in place but this time a tank crew member got stuck in place after an artillery strike and the tank moved and left him behind.
Saved file inclued.

My guess is that 'left-behind crewman' is Gross who's shown on the Soldier list as being Separated. Wonder what would happen if you drove the Marder back to where that crewman was frozen?
EDIT: Played your save and found out for myself. I could drive the Marder right over Gross to the point where it almost looked like he was occupying one of the crew slots. But when it drove away he got left behind again. Its gotta be Gross because the Marder wouldnt fire, even at terrain, with a 'No target' or 'We cant hurt that' response.

Ya you are probably right (Gross), most of the time I see this happen with infantry but this time it happen to a tanker. So there is some kind of frozen in place bug..
